Fallopian Tube Cancer
	You are looking at the back (posterior) surface of the uterus in this photo. The left fallopian tube is replaced with a primary adenocarcinoma. Just like an ovarian cancer, the treatment of fallopian tube cancers requires an aggressive debulking and staging surgery followed by adjuvant Taxol-based chemotherapy.
